Do NOT remove the 'OV' link found in this directory.
ovbbccb executes a chroot to /var/opt/OV and requires this link to
locate files within /var/opt/OV, e.g. the logfiles and SSL certificates.
This is provided as a security feature of ovbbccb.
The chroot may be changed by setting the [bbc.cb] parameter CHROOT_PATH.
