HPE has preinstalled certain Open Source Software (\"Open Source Materials\")
on this system SOLELY as a customer convenience, AT NO CHARGE.  The Open
Source Materials preinstalled on this system are provided to HPE by third
parties.  HPE has not tested and does not endorse, certify, or support any of
the Open Source Materials.  The Open Source Materials are provided \"as
is\".  HEWLETT-PACKARD ENTERPRISE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WITH REGARD TO
THE OPEN SOURCE MATERIALS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE.  IN NO EVENT SHALL HP, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES OR SUPPLIERS BE
LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, GENERAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THE FURNISHING, PERFORMANCE OR USE
OF THE OPEN SOURCE MATERIALS WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT OR
OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

Some countries, states and provinces do not allow exclusions of implied
warranties or conditions, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.  You
may have other rights that vary from country to country, state to state, or

HPE is not obligated in any way to provide support, error corrections,
updates or new versions of the Open Source Materials.

In no event, shall the Open Source Materials be provided to any HPE customer
as an HPE product or service, pursuant to the terms of the customer purchase
agreement, if any.

The Open Source Materials provided come from a number of sources.  Each
package is governed by its respective license agreement.  IT IS YOUR
RESPONSIBILITY TO READ AND ABIDE BY THE LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR EACH PACKAGE
THAT YOU USE!  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE LICENSE, YOU MUST REMOVE THE
PACKAGE INVOLVED.

The Open Source Materials include software developed by the University of
California, Berkeley and its contributors.
