<perf_dir>/examples/README   Examples directory for performance tools

This directory contains examples of configurations, syntax files,
examples, and samples that can be used to customize your HP performance
tools.  The specific files in this directory should be considered 
"contrib" source.

Contents:

<perf_dir>/examples/adviser
  Glance adviser-only syntax examples.

<perf_dir>/examples/arm
  Application Response Measurement sample files including JNI interfaces
  for instrumentation of java programs.

<perf_dir>/examples/config
  Perf Agent parm and alarmdef example files.

These files will be overlayed when the performance tools are re-installed,
so any customizations and edits should be made outside this directory
structure (for example, in /var/opt/perf).
